October 22 - Under the Oak Tree Meditation
Join Laura for the Under the Oak Tree meditation sitting around the fire under the majestic Oak Tree, relaxing and enjoying the flames of an open fire, sipping tea and gathering with like minded individuals.
Journey into Self as we explore the light that shines from within, this will be a chance for you to gaze into the fire for insight to decide whether the path you are following is the correct path or is it time to change paths. Sit in reflection around the fire and share stories and listen to stories from others that will inspire your own life. This is the time of the year to journey into the depths of self, focusing on the reflection or mirror image you have of yourself to decide on the next step in your own evolution. The change is something that you know is true and getting to the core of the situation; issue or challenge will be from contemplation. Once you have established the vision that you want in your life you can begin the process of manifestation.
- Fire Meditation – to release, energize and transform your vision of your life journey
- Sit in contemplation for 30 minutes gazing into the fire. Imagination is a powerful manifestation tool, while you are gazing into the fire – just *Imagine*
