Exciting time of the year with Spring finishing it’s season and flowing into Summer. The Solstice Celebration is on June 21, marking the longest day of the year!
After Mercury retrograde there is always a post shadow period! As of beginning of June the shadow period is over and Mercury is up to full speed ahead. Mercury is the ruling planet of Gemini, where the Sun is currently traveling through.
For the entire month of June Pluto is the only planet in retrograde. In beginning of June, it is in Aquarius, and on June 12 it retrogrades back into Capricorn. Pluto retrograde goes until October 11. Pluto stays in Capricorn until January 21, 2024, and then it moves into Aquarius once again.
Gemini Sun sign
From May 21 – June 20 we travel through the mutable air sign of Gemini. The Planetary ruler is Mercury – “The Mind”! When understanding Astrology in the beginning we focus on the lunations such as, New Moon, and Full Moon. However, that is not the only aspects or culmination throughout the month. The movement of the planets, points, stars, asteroids, are constant. Starting in this article, I will be focusing on the aspects throughout that will be exact. Some of these may coincide with the Full Moon or New Moon.
A few days before and after the exact aspect you may feel this energy. If you have planets, or points in these areas of your chart, you will feel this more. The times that you will see are based on the eastern standard time zone, adjust according to your time zone.
- June 4 – Mercury conjunct Uranus in Taurus at 20° 25’. Mercury the lower mind of communication and information is together with Uranus the higher mind of technology. This will give you ingenious ideas, insights and download of psychic and intuitive inspirations. This will be the day after the full moon.
- June 5 – Pluto in Aquarius opposite Venus in Leo at 0°. An opposition can be polarized and then finding common ground and harmony. The intensity of Pluto with its sexual energy and the divine feminine, can cause pressure on intimate relationships. If you are single and find yourself instantly attracted to someone you have just met for the first time, think twice about jumping in during this time.
- June 15 – Mercury in Gemini square Saturn in Pisces at 7° 12’. There may be some mental work that needs your full concentration to understand or learn. You may need alone time to navigate this energy. If it is business contracts get professional advice.
- June 17 – Mercury in Gemini sextile Venus in Leo 10° 49’. Relax, unwind, socialize, and have fun. This is a feel-good energy!
- June 19 – Sun in Gemini square Neptune in Pisces at 27° 39’. You may feel low energy and a lack of enthusiasm. You may feel sensitive, their can bring brain fog. Meditation, extra rest, and listen to your inner voice for spiritual guidance.

Venus in Cancer is opposite Pluto retrograde in Aquarius carrying on with the theme of passion. With this aspect be careful about jumping into a relationship with someone you truly do not know!
