This is the first month of summer and the Zodiac sign is Cancer from June 21 until July 22! Cancer is a cardinal water sign, that governs the 4th House, with the theme of home, and family. Cancer natives like to be alone and have quiet solitude to recharge their energy battery. The planetary ruler is the Moon, our emotions and unconsciousness behaviours. Moon represents the mother, nurturer, family roots and foundations. This is a great time to honour our ancestors and send healing to mother earth.

The #5 is a pivot point, with quick decisions, a turning point that will change and shift your direction. Be open to change and allow freedom of opportunities. You can be magnetic when you speak, and you will be able to attract interest.

When planets are in retrograde it is the time to reflect, review and reprogram your life, based on the theme of the planets.
Pluto has been in retrograde since May 2 until October 11! The theme is power and control, reflect and review any areas of your life where you may have power or control over others and vice versa. This is the time to take measures to correct this situation.
Saturn went into retrograde on June 18 and stays they’re until November 5. The theme is self control and boundaries. There are many lessons that Saturn will give you and if you are not paying attention and learning those lessons then it may feel like you are living with a dark cloud of your on making hovering over your head.
Neptune begins its retrograde on July 1 until December 7. The theme is going with the flow, following your intuition, and using your imagination. Make sure that you are not escaping your responsibilities by overusing drugs and alcohol. Be consciously aware and in the present moment.
Venus goes retrograde on July 23 until September 4. Venus is the divine feminine, all the beauty, sensual pleasure, art, romance, partnership, nature, and the connection to the 5 senses and beyond. Truly allowing yourself to connect to the beauty of all things.

The stars, planets and points in the sky constantly moving! Most of these aspects are culminating at exact degree. The one thing that I notice that most of these aspects are at 9°. The #9 is about endings so this month is really focused on reprogramming. The other number that I notice is the #11 which is double new beginnings.
- July 1-10, Venus conjunct Mars in Leo – these planets have been traveling together during June and the first part of July. They never become exact! Venus is the divine feminine and Mars in the sacred masculine. The two of them traveling together is igniting the passion, romance, and sexual desire. New energies, new understanding, and new dynamics between the masculine and feminine are being created.
- July 1 – Sun and Mercury conjunct in Cancer at 9°. This is helping you to become clear on your ideas. This is in the sign of Cancer which has the planetary ruler of the Moon which is your unconscious behaviours and emotions. This can be giving you clarity on an emotional level.
